These proteins are: - CCW7 (9 repeats). - CCW11 (1 repeat). - CWP2 or LPR1. - PIR1 or CCW6 (8 repeats). - PIR2 or HSP150 (11 repeats). - PIR3 or CCW8 (10 repeats). - TIR1 or SRP1 (1 repeat) (see ). - TIR2 or SRP2 (1 repeat) (see ). - Hypothetical protein YHR126c (1 repeat). - Hypothetical protein YJL160c (4 repeats). The core region of the repeat is highly conserved and is used here as a signature pattern. We also developed a profile that spans the complete repeat. -Consensus pattern: S-Q-[IV]-[STGNH]-D-G-Q-[LIV]-Q-[AIV]-[STA] -Sequences known to belong to this class detected by the pattern: ALL. -Other sequence(s) detected in Swiss-Prot: NONE. -Sequences known to belong to this class detected by the profile: ALL. -Other sequence(s) detected in Swiss-Prot: NONE. -Last update: December 2001 / Text revised; profile added.
